Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. There are no lock-in contracts or long-term payments required.

What happens to my images if I cancel?

You can delete your images at any time during your subscription or one-time pass period. If you cancel your subscription or reach the end of you one-time pass period, your images will remain available for one month, should you decide to re-activate your account. Please note, once you cancel or reach the end of your subscription or one-time pass period, you can no longer share images with public links.

Can I change or upgrade/downgrade my payment?

Yes. You can upgrade from one-time pass to a subscription, or purchase extract storage at any time. Simple email us to request a change.
